1. Nature of the Platform (Important Notice)

anabadaus.com is a community-based online platform that enables users to connect, communicate, share information, and interact with other users.

Depending on the features available from time to time, the Site may allow users to post Marketplace listings, publish content in Town Square or Food Court, participate in Groups and Events, connect with other users, place or express interest in event-related items, and communicate through user-to-user messaging.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not:

• Buy, sell, ship, deliver, or inspect items offered by users
• Process payments or collect credit card or banking information for user-to-user transactions
• Take ownership of items offered through the Site
• Act as a buyer, seller, broker, delivery service, or escrow service in user-to-user transactions
• Guarantee the identity, conduct, representations, products, services, or performance of users

Transactions, exchanges, pickups, payments, event arrangements, and other interactions between users generally occur directly between the users involved and are undertaken at their own risk.

Our business model may include advertising and other platform-related services rather than transaction fees.

2. Information We Collect

We seek to limit the collection of personal information to information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

A. Information You Provide

Google Login Information (OAuth)

Google OAuth may be used for authentication, account creation, and account access. Existing users who registered or connected their account through Google may continue to use Google authentication where available.

When you sign in using Google, we may receive and store basic authentication information made available by Google, which may include:

• Google email address, for account identification and authentication
• Google account identifier
• Google profile name, where provided, to assist with account setup
• Google profile image URL, where provided and used by an available Site feature

We do not request access through Google authentication to your Google contacts, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, email contents, or other Google services that are not necessary for basic authentication.

Kakao Login Information

The Site also supports authentication through Kakao. Kakao authentication may be used to sign in, create an account where permitted, or connect Kakao authentication to an existing Site account.

When you use Kakao authentication, we may receive and store information made available through the authorized Kakao login process, such as:

• A Kakao account or user identifier used to associate the Kakao login with your Site account
• Basic account or profile information made available by Kakao and authorized through the login process, where applicable
• Information necessary to establish or maintain the connection between your Kakao authentication and your Site account

We do not use Kakao authentication to access information outside the permissions authorized through the Kakao login process.

Google and Kakao are independent third-party authentication providers. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Public Identity and User-Created Nickname

Your Site nickname is generally used as your public identifier on anabadaus.com. Authentication information received from Google or Kakao is not intended to replace your user-created Site nickname as your public identity.

Preferred Location and ZIP Code

The Site may request or store a ZIP code or other general location information when needed for available local features. Such information may be used to:

• Support local or geographically relevant content and listings
• Help organize, filter, or display content by general area
• Support location-related Site functionality
• Display Company-operated local information or advertisements where applicable

User-provided ZIP codes are intended to represent a general area and not a precise street location. We do not intentionally disclose user-provided ZIP codes to third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Profile, Community, Marketplace, Group, Event & Other User Content

Depending on the features you use, you may voluntarily provide information such as:

• Marketplace listing titles, descriptions, prices, photos, categories, and item status
• Town Square posts, comments, replies, likes, and other community activity
• Food Court posts, recipes, restaurant or grocery-related information, photos, comments, and reviews
• Group names, descriptions, membership information, invitations, posts, and related activity
• Event information, event items, quantities, orders or expressions of interest, and related activity
• Friend or connection-related information
• User reviews and ratings
• Messages and other communications sent through Site features

Information you choose to post publicly may be visible to other users and, depending on the page and privacy settings, may also be visible to visitors who are not signed in or may be indexed by search engines.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by:

• Using an account deletion feature if one is made available on the Site.

We will process verified deletion requests within the time required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions including security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms or policies, and preservation of information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

We do not routinely monitor private messages in real time, but we may access, preserve, review, or disclose communications when reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Site, investigate reports or suspected abuse, enforce our Terms or policies, protect users or others, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.

Messages and other user content may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Site functionality, maintain account and transaction-related history, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate business interests.

Users are responsible for the information they choose to communicate or publish. We cannot guarantee that information shared with another user will remain confidential after the recipient receives it.

Publicly posted content may remain visible until deleted, removed, expired, deactivated, or otherwise handled under the applicable Site feature and our retention practices.

Authentication information obtained from Google or Kakao is used primarily to authenticate users, associate authentication credentials with Site accounts, and provide account-related functionality.

We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning users.

6. Advertising, Cookies & Analytics

A. Essential Cookies

Messages

Messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide messaging functionality, maintain conversation history, investigate abuse, protect users, resolve disputes, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations.

System, Security & Analytics Data

Authentication through Google, Kakao, or another supported provider does not mean that Codegen Studio LLC independently verifies a user’s legal identity, background, trustworthiness, or authority to offer an item or service.

We generally do not independently verify:

• The legal identity or background of users
• The accuracy or completeness of user-generated listings, posts, reviews, group information, or event information
• The authenticity, condition, safety, legality, ownership, or availability of items offered by users
• Representations made by users in messages or other communications

Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating, meeting in person, exchanging goods, participating in events, or providing information to other users.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Site functionality, technology, business practices, service providers, or applicable law.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Site or another reasonable method where required. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy identifies the most recent revision.
