Processing Counter-Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:

  • We will forward it to the original complaining party.
  • We may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction.
  • The complaining party has 10 business days to notify us of legal action.

5. Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, the Company will promptly review the notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with applicable law.

Processing times may vary depending on the completeness of the notice, technical requirements, and operational circumstances. The Company aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee specific response or removal times.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, the Company maintains a policy for terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

A repeat infringer is generally defined as a user who has received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices regarding content posted on the Site.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers
