초코머핀 Chocolate Muffin

재료 : 버터 145g, 다크 초코렛(카카오 70%) 90g, 계란 3개, 흰설탕 80g, 갈색설탕 50g, 소금 2g, 바닐라 익스트랙 2g, 휘핑크림 50g, 박력분 160g, 베이킹파우더 4g, 베이킹소다 2g, 코코아 파우더 35g
1.녹인 버터와 녹인 다크초코렛을 섞어준다.

- Dark chocolate (70% cacao): 90g
- Eggs: 3
- Granulated sugar: 80g
- Brown sugar: 50g
- Salt: 2g
- Vanilla extract: 2g
- Heavy whipping cream: 50g
- Cake flour (soft flour): 160g
- Baking powder: 4g
- Baking soda: 2g
- Cocoa powder: 35g
Instructions
- Mix the melted butter with the melted dark chocolate.

In a bowl, add 3 eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well using a whisk (or electric mixer).

Sift the cake flour (160g), baking powder (4g), baking soda (2g), cocoa powder (35g), and salt (2g) together. Mix well.

Add the sifted dry ingredients to the egg mixture (step 2) and mix until just combined.

Step 5. Once the mixture is well combined, warm the heavy whipping cream (50g) slightly and add it to the batter. Mix until smooth.
Step 6. Place baking cups (muffin liners) into the muffin tin. Fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 14 chocolate muffins.
