약밥(약식) Sweet Medicinal Rice / Korean Sweet Glutinous Rice

재료 : 찹쌀 2컵, 간장 2T, 참기름 2T, 설탕 1/2 C, 건포도 1C, 잣 3/4C, 밤 2봉지, 계피가루 1/2T, 자른 대추 1C

1. 찹쌀 2컵을 씻어서 2시간 불린후 밥을 한다.

2. 다된 찹쌀밥에 위에 재료를 넣어 섞어준다.

Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice (sweet rice): 2 cups
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Raisins: 1 cup
  • Pine nuts: 3/4 cup
  • Chestnuts: 2 packages (pre-cooked or vacuum-packed)
  • Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chopped jujubes (dried red dates): 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Rinse 2 cups of glutinous rice, soak in water for 2 hours, then cook the rice.
  2. Once the rice is fully cooked, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3.사각형의 파이렉스 그릇에 평평하게 잘 담은 후에 375도로 예열한 후 40분간 쿠킹호일 덮어서 구워준다.

4.주먹만하게 둥글려 만든 후에 컵케익시트에  넣으면 하나씩 편하게 먹을 수 있어요^^

  1. Transfer the mixed rice into a square Pyrex dish and spread it evenly. Cover with cooking foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, shape the rice into fist-sized round balls and place them in cupcake liners. This makes them easy to eat individually. ^^
